Press shop having a 7 numbers of Mechanical presses and 2 numbers of Hydraulic presses with a capacity ranging from 10 Tons to 50 Tons. The operation in to press shop include shearing, blanking, stamping, piercing, bending, forming, drawing, deep drawing, coining, embossing and many other related operations
The machining shops at the company have a host of precision machines required for the high quality components produces. The machines include automatic, semi automatic and manual machines. The machining facilities include Drilling, Shaving, Milling, Broaching, Slitting, Rolling, Thread Rolling, Tapping, Turning, Copy Turning, Centreless Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding and other regular machine.
Welding Shop infrastructure includes MIG welding, Argon welding, Spot welding, Projection welding and Brazing machines. Apart from highly skilled work force used for special types of welding Welding has now become a specialization at the company with high quality welding and welded components.
